About Me

Hello I am Claire

Having spent over 15 years in Finance, building, developing and leading teams within FMCG and Retail businesses. I came to coaching as a way to help my team grow and develop and I am passionate about supporting others in their development journey.

Personally and professionally, I have experienced challenges and organisational changes which has helped me build resilience; I understand what it is like to be new into a role, to challenge and to drive business change and to stand out as a senior leader.
