My Story

I discovered coaching as part of my own personal development leading and managing teams of people. This lead me on a journey to train in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and later ILM7 Executive Coaching (completing portfolio).

These skills have become part of my everyday language. I have used them both in business and in my work in the voluntary sector.
